Jare sacked as House secretary general

House of Representatives Secretary General Jare Phanpluang has been sacked and transferred to an inactive post at the PM's Office.

Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha invoked Article 44 of the interim charter in his authority as the chief of the National Council for Peace and Order to remove Jare from the post.
In the order issued on Thursday and announced in the Royal Gazette Friday, Jare was replaced as House secretary general by Nat Phasuk, a legal advisor to the Senate.
The order did not give reason why Jare was sacked.
