Prayut called on people to not violate the National Council for Peace and Order (NCPO)&rsquo;s order and his absolute authority under Article 44, as he was now &ldquo;an established sovereign power&rdquo;. Prayut also insisted that he would never use his special powers without proper reasons. 
	He said that people were free to wear any colour they wanted, provided they don&rsquo;t cause conflicts. However, he added, if anybody was found to be violating regulations, the people and their leaders would certainly be prosecuted.
