The first of the 24-episode programme, called “Unlock the new Constitution”, was aired yesterday with the host explaining the programme’s objectives.
The main goal of the show is to clarify doubts about whether the charter, featuring 15 chapters and 270 Articles, is democratic.
Deputy Government Spokesperson Colonel Thaksada Sangkhachan said the show will be broadcast twice a day, at 8am and 6pm, on 12 consecutive days from yesterday. The evening episode, however, will not be broadcast on Fridays as it will clash with the prime minister’s “Return Happiness to the People”.
