Prachamati proceeds with its event

Prachamati, a website devoted to promote public opinions on the new constitution, announced that its event tomorrow would be moved from Bangkok Art and Culture Centre to Thammasat University.
At 1pm, it said on Facebook page that the seminar would be cancelled on Pathumwan police station's caution that it may violate the National Council for Policy and Order's political assembly ban.
At 5pm, Prachamati announced the change of the venue. It also insisted that the event was not a political assembly, but instead a forum where all are invited to express their opinions on the charter.
