2.6m used Dhamrongtham centres

More than 2.6 million people used services at Dhamrongtham centres nationwide over the past one year and seven months, and of those cases 97 per cent have been resolved, the Interior Ministry said.

Some 73 per cent of the requests – almost 1.9 million cases – were made for one-stop services such as waterworks and electricity payments, the issuance of national identity cards and requests for certified copies of civil registration documents.
Other one-stop-service requests included the registration for small and medium-sized enterprises, the issuing of employer cards and vehicle tax payments.
There were 368,020 requests for information, 144,491 requests for advice on issues such as lawsuits, family affairs and vocational problems, and 120,020 complaints.
