The waiver is applicable to tickets issued in Thailand prior to March 22 for travel during March 22-April 15, said Wiwat Piyawiroj, acting vice president, Sales Department.
"Customers may change flights or the date of travel one time and must commence travel within the ticket validity date. In addition, customers may change their flight routing to any destination operated by THAI within Europe without any additional charges but are required to pay any difference on the ticket price. Customers may also opt for a full refund without any charges before April 30," he said.
THAI's last flight to Brussels, TG934, arrived in the city in the morning of March 22. Meanwhile, Flight TG935 scheduled to depart Brussels for Bangkok at 1.10pm has been suspended ever since.
THAI operates four flights per week to Brussels.
