The Supreme Administrative Court affirmed today that PTT has completely returned pipeline assets to the state.

Supote Laosu-arpa, executive vice president of PTT, said in a statement that the court's ruling dated December 26, 2008 affirmed that the assets were fully returnedd to the Finance Ministry.  As such, Rosana Tositrakul's petition to have the court review the ruling is against the law.
"The ruling affirms yet again that the assets were fully returned," he said.
The Ombudsman’s Office on April 4 filed a new case, backing up Rosana and 10 supporters' claim that PTT was yet to return assets worth Bt52.39 billion to the ministry.
