The Dhammakaya Temple has stepped up security by having monks and laymen followers guarding all gates to the temple after its abbot failed to report himself to hear money-laundering and related charges against him before Thursday’s deadline.
The security has been tightened up since Thursday evening.
All vehicles leaving and entering temple's gates were thoroughly searched by the guarding monks.
