Constitutional Court agrees to review controversial referendum law

The Constitutional Court announced Wednesday that it agreed to conduct a judicial review whether the second paragraph of the act on the national referendum on the draft constitution is unconstitutional.
The court agreed to accept the complaint of the ombudsmen for a review.
