The court rescheduled the verdict reading for 9.30am on August 8.
Previously, the court had issued an arrest warrant for Pracha after he failed to appear at the scheduled Appeals Court verdict reading on May 24 – which was postponed to Friday.
The primary court last March sentenced Pracha and Khemporn to jail terms of 11 years and four months each for encroaching on more than 50 rai (seven hectares) of state-owned land in 2001-2002.
