Chatri Ruamsoongnern, 27, a cement factory worker accused of killing a 26-year old teacher by stabbing her in the throat in a Saraburi rented apartment, is escorted by police to a press conference on Monday at the Provincial Police Region 1 office.
Following the discovery of Chularat Thowanna's body on her blood-soaked bed, police launched an investigation that resulted in the arrest of Chatri, who rented a room in the same apartment.
Police found that Chatri has scratches on his back and chest, while his left hand has a deep wound.
