The younger sister of actress Natthaweeranuch Thongmee sent messages to her family via social media before falling to her death in an apparent suicide.

Kobboon Thongmee, 32, a former air hostess, fell from the 10th floor of the Major Ratchayothin mall’s car park in Bangkok’s Chatuchak district on Thursday.
Metropolitan Police Division 2 chief Maj-General Charoen Srisasalak said yesterday that witness testimonies and other evidence, including CCTV footage, suggested the incident was a suicide. The victim was believed to be suffering from personal issues.
At the scene, police found a message Kobboon addressed to her family apologising and saying goodbye.
City police chief Lt-General Sanit Mahathaworn said that despite the incident appearing to be a suicide, he had instructed investigators to thoroughly investigate the death and check a hand-written note found at the scene.
Yesterday, Natthaweeranuch, 36, and her family members collected Kobboon’s body at the Police General Hospital morgue for a religious ceremony at Wat Phrasri Mahathat Bang Khen.
