Southern ISOC condemns Narathiwat school blast

The Internal Security Operations Command Region 4 condemned the Muslim insurgents for launching a bomb attack in front of a school, killing a five-year-old girl and her father Tuesday morning.
Col Pramote Prom-in, the spokesman of the ISOC Region 4’s Forward Command, said the attack was inhumane because it killed a girl as young as five years old.
Pramote said the insurgents had never taken into account that their attacks would injure and kill innocent people.
