Washington - Donald Trump has edged past Hillary Clinton in Millsfield, New Hampshire, one of a trio of New Hampshire hamlets that cast first-in-the-nation election day ballots.
The Republican candidate bested his Democratic rival 16 votes to four in Millsfield.
One voter wrote in the name of Bernie Sanders, a Democratic presidential candidate who lost the nomination to Clinton.
But Clinton gained the early electoral ground in Hart's Location, where she beat Trump 17 votes to 14, and in Dixville Notch by four votes to two.
