Thai Smile Airways will assist customers who reserved flights to flood-affected areas of the South including Krabi, Surat Thani, Hat Yai and Narathiwat, and were scheduled to fly between today and January 20, by offering them alternatives to their routes or flight dates.
Passengers who have booked tickets to those destinations can make changes without a fee, under certain conditions.
