Pramern collapsed 20 minutes after he led his district officials to play football. He was rushed to the Vajira Hospital. He was put under emergency care until he was pronounced dead at 7:10 am Thursday. 
District officials said Pramern played sports regularly and led officials to play sports every Wednesday in line with the policy of Prime Minister Gen Prayut Chan-o-cha.
