Tirathai announces dividend

The board of directors of Tirathai Plc, which is engaged in the manufacture, repair and maintenance of transformers and transformer equipments, has approved a dividend of Bt0.13 per share for 2016, to be disbursed on May 24, 2017.
The company will hold its shareholders’ meeting on April 25, 2017.
