Foreign investors maintain the pace with Thai shares

THE Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) Index ended February at 1,559.56 points, up 1.1 per cent from the end of 2016.
Foreign investors remained net buyers of Thai shares in the first two months of 2017. The strong inflows continued from last year.
At the end of February, the combined market capitalisation of the SET and Market for Alternative Investment (MAI) was Bt15.7 trillion, a 1.1 per cent increase from the end of last year. The average daily trading volume on both boards in February was Bt52.24 billion, a rise of 24.96 per cent year on year.
