Disgruntled Ford owners lodge complaint

Car owners upset over the performance of their Ford Fiesta or Ford Focus filed an open complaint letter with PM's Office Minister Ormsin Cheewapruek at Government House's Public Complaint Centre in Bangkok on Tuesday.
They called for Ormsin, in his capacity as chairman of the Office of the Consumer Protection Board, to provide protection to those affected by the vehicles’ alleged poor performance so no one got hurt.
