Three killed in road accident in Phitsanulok
Three people were killed in a head-on crash between a sedan car and a pick-up truck in Phitsanulok's Mueang district on Monday morning.
Police said the crash occurred at 5.45am on the Phitsanulok-Bueang Phra road in Tambon Bueng Phra.
Pol Capt. Wairoj Klaisuwan of Mueang Phitsanulok police station said the couple in the pick-up truck – Tian Thuampradit, 64, and his wife, Chamroon Thuampradit, 60 – died at the scene.
The driver of the car, Pranee Thongsook, died at Phitsanulok Hospital.
