Songkran 24-hour complaints centre open until April 17

Starting from Sunday night, the Interior Ministry’s complaint-receiving centres will provide one-stop services around the clock during the Songkran holidays until April 17.

Ministry deputy permanent secretary and spokesman Chayaphon Thitisak said on Sunday that the move was designed to ensure Thais and tourists could get help any time during the Songkran break.
Although the official Songkran holidays are from April 13 to April 17 – including the weekend and one substitution holiday – many people have taken extra days off to extend their holiday to spend more time with their families.
Anyone needing help should call 1567 during the holiday period.
