Authorities rush to help Tak villagers affected by storm

Officials are helping villagers whose houses were damaged by a thunderstorm in Tak’s Prob Phra district on Sunday night.
The storm brought down several power poles, causing a blackout in Tambon Valey on Sunday night.
The Tak provincialaAdministration said about 20 houses in Moo 2 and Moo 3 villages were damaged.
Tak governor Charoenrit Sanguansat ordered the district office, the Tambon Valey Administrative Organisation and the Tak Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Office to help clear fallen trees that blocked roads and aid affected villagers.
