Sansiri is issuing the debenture to fund its business expansion this year, company president Srettha Thavisin said in a press release on Monday. 
The company plans to launch 19 new residential projects worth Bt41.2 billion this year and targets presales worth Bt36 billion and revenue of Bt34 billion.
