Her Majesty Queen Sirikit has been released from Chulalongkorn Hospital and has returned to the Chitralada Royal Villa following a brain scan and a lung X-ray, the Royal Household Bureau announced.

The bureau announced in a statement issued on Sunday that Her Majesty was admitted to the hospital on Friday to receive the lung X-ray and the MRI brain scan as a follow-up to treatment provided to her.
The results of the medical checks were similar to earlier results, so the team of doctors treating Her Majesty decided it was okay for her to return to the royal villa, the statement added.
