Thousands continue to pay respects to late King Bhumibol Adulyadej

Throngs of people continued to visit the Dusit Maha Prasat Throne Hall within the Grand Palace compound in Bangkok on Wednesday to pay their respects to His Majesty the late King Bhumibol Adulyadej.

On Tuesday alone, 35,026 visitors went to the hall and Bt1.8 million in cash donations were made.
Visitors who paid their respects were given a framed image of King Bhumibol seated on Dusit Throne as a memento.
Many mourners went to nearby temples to take part in merit-making activities to mark Visakha Puja Day.
