Morning downpours left Bangkok’s Ratchadaphisek Road underwater again on Friday morning, snarling traffic in the surrounding area.

By 9am, roads in Dusit, Lat Phrao, Ratchada and Huay Kwan districts were inundated after more than an hour of heavy rainfall.
