New Sansiri project features energy-saving detached houses

Listed property firm Sansiri has announced Burasiri Watcharapol, a Bt7.89-million detached-housing project in Bangkok featuring “cool living” designs that save energy with a solar system. Starting price is Bt7.89 million.
The houses have solar-power attics, breeze panels, shading screens, textured wall, and ultraviolet shields.
The project will be open to booking on June 24 and 25.
