The body of Sa-ard Siwilai was discovered with neck and limbs broken at the side of Phetckasem Road in Moo 4 in Mueang district&rsquo;s Tambon Anthong. His damaged bicycle was nearby. 
The man was known to go cycling every morning. 
No one saw what happened, but police believe he might have been hit by a truck.
