GH Bank signs MoU with 15 provincial real estate associations

Government Housing Bank has signed memoranda of understanding (MOU) with property developers in 15 provincial real-estate associations that are responsible for 200 residential projects worth a total of Bt30 billion.
The MoU promises to make mortgages available to their customers who meet the bank’s standards.
The signing was done under the campaign “Get Together: We Bring Homes for All”, Deputy Finance Minister Wisudhi Srisuphan said after presiding over the event on Thursday.
GH Bank chairman Surachai Danaitangtrakul said the 15 provincial real-estate associations comprised two in Bangkok and one each in Rayong, Khon Kaen, Phuket, Songkhla, Chon Buri, Nakhon Ratchasima, Phitsanulok, Nonthaburi, Chiang Mai, Udon Thani, Mukdahan, Surat Thani and Saraburi.
