Plus Property contracted to manage SCB Park Plaza
Plus Property, the property management arm of listed residential developer Sansiri, has recently being entrusted by Siam Commercial Bank to manage SCB Park Plaza, an extra-large building complex that is one of the country’s most spacious.
Facility management and building engineering will rapidly become a field of interest for new generations in the future as this type of work grows in conjunction with the expansion of urban areas, where numerous high-rise buildings are emerging, Plus Property assistant managing director Chan Sirirat said on Monday
All of these properties need professional managers to extend the useable life of buildings, he said, adding that a well-maintained building will often see its property value increase. Moreover, modern buildings use technology for efficiency in controlling different systems, such as energy-management systems.
The increasing complexity of such technology has resulted in building owners turning to experts to manage their facilities, Chan explained.
