Rescue officials of Phang Nga&rsquo;s Kura Buri district said the run-off hit the Phet Kasem Road between Kura Buri and Takupa district that links to Ranong at about 12.30am on Wednesday. 
The flood also hit villages in Tambon Kura and Tambon Mae Nang Khao in Kura Buri district with water rising up to 50 cms.
