Chachoengsao market damaged by fire
Fire broke out at a market in the Phanom Sarakham district of Chachoengsao province on Saturday morning.
The fire started in a row of wooden shophouses in the Tha Kwian market near the entrance to Wat Tha Kwian in Tambon Phanom at 7.30am.
The blaze quickly spread to other shophouses, prompting vendors to flee in panic.
Six shophouses were damaged before 10 fire engines put out the blaze in about half an hour.
No casualties were reported.
