The old market area in Moo 9 village in tambon Wangchik was flooded, affecting monks of the Wangchik Temple.
The monks walked through the water to collect alms from devout Buddhists who were standing in front of their flooded homes.
Phra Thawee said the flood did not discourage the monks from performing the daily ritual of collecting alms because devout Buddhists like him gave alms every morning.
