Cream of the crop
Prime Minister General Prayut Chan-o-cha applies rice-bran essence cream produced by Mae Fah Luang University laboratory to his face before attending the Cabinet meeting on Tuesday at Government House.
The premier was so impressed with the cream that he wants the Commerce Ministry to distribute it via shops under the Thong Fah project.
