Family of four killed in Prachuap Khiri Khan
A couple, their five-year-old daughter and her grandfather have been murdered at a rubber plantation in Prachuap Khiri Khan’s Bang Saphan Noi district.
The owner of the plantation, Pornnipha Saeliang, 29, from Thap Sakae district, found the four bodies when she went to check the rubber sheets on Tuesday.
Pornnipha said that two other workers, Mon ethnic people, who stayed in the living quarters, had disappeared.
The couple were identified as Nampol Khamkong, 30, and Mukda Ngokwisai, 29. Theirs necks had been hacked and almost cut off.
The five-year-old girl’s right arm was cut off and she had been slashed around the face and body. Nampol’s father, Prasong Khamkong, 50, also had his neck slashed.
Police found two long-handled farm knives and a reaper with blood stains at the scene.
Pornnipha led police to the scene at 6.30pm on Tuesday. A doctor from the Bang Saphan Noi hospital said the four were killed about 24 hours earlier.
