Abandoned bag with 150,000 meth pills found roadside
A bag with 158,000 meth amphetamine pills was found abandoned in a village in Chiang Rai’s Mueang district on Thursday evening.
The bag was spotted on a roadside in San Thung Pattana village in Tambon Doi Lan at 5.30pm.
Village head Watchapong Jaisuya alerted police to take possession of the bag after villagers told him about it.
Nobody saw who left the bag there, Watchapong said.
