McDonald’s launches feedback line
McDonald’s has introduced ‘Talk2Mc’, a customer feedback online survey at www.talk2mc.com.
Hester Chew, chairman of executive committee and chief executive of McThai Co, said the programme was the latest direct communication channel for customers providing their feedback to McDonald’s for further product and service improvement.
