Ko Chan Ku was arrested while he was making a transit flight at the airport, said deputy tourist police commissioner Pol Major Surachet Hakpal.
Ko was wanted on an arrest warrant issued by the Phra Khanong district court on March 1, said Surachet.
The suspect was charged with helping a Taiwanese call-centre gang launder scammed money, he added.
Surachet said Thai courts have approved 526 warrants against call-centre scam suspects, and 296 people covered under the warrants have been arrested. He said 47 suspects were arrested abroad, pending repatriation to Thailand.
