Phra Pradadeng district chief Woranat Noorod said there were seven workers inside the building when the fire broke out but no one was injured as they managed to run outside.
Woranat said flames also spread to a car park where 20 vehicles, including a bus, pickup trucks and six sedan cars, were damaged.
Three houses and a garage were also damaged as strong winds spread the flames.
The cause of the fire is unknown, he said.

Somporn Sarapim, 63, a security officer, said he was patrolling the factory's first building and heard an explosion in the second building about 300 metres away.
When he ran to check he saw seven workers running out of the building. He said flames spread quickly because of the strong winds.
