Newborn babies get special protection

Amid the shortage of medical face masks, many people are fashioning their own protective gear as a defence against Covid-19. Face shields have proved popular among medical teams, but they are also being adapted to protect others.
Prince Suvarnabhumi Hospital has made a miniature face shield for every little baby in its maternity unit, to protect them when relatives and others come to visit the mother after giving birth.
