Operations of payments complaints centres at three state-owned banks – the Government Savings Bank, Krungthai Bank, and the Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives – were going well, he added.
“The complaints centres will be open until May 29,” he said. “The process to review appeals by applicants is 95-96 per cent complete.”
Meanwhile, Finance Minister Uttama Savanayana will oversee a survey to monitor the progress of separate remedial payments for farmers, said Thanakorn.
“Although we encountered obstacles in the beginning, we will make remedial payments to the remaining successful applicants as soon as possible,” he added.
