Trains to Samut Sakhon, Samut Songkhram to start running from Friday
Trains from Bangkok to Samut Sakhon and Samut Songkhram will start running again from Friday after they were suspended to prevent the spread of Covid-19.
The 34 trains from Bangkok’s Wongwian Yai to Mahachai in Samut Sakhon and eight trains from Samut Sakhon’s Ban Laem station to Mae Klong station in Samut Songkhram will go into full service.
State Railway of Thailand (SRT) Nirut Maneepan said the trains are also being restarted to accommodate domestic travellers during the upcoming Songkran break.
