The citywide list broadened an earlier morning travel warning. At 7.57am, high water was reported on Lat Phrao Road from the Big C area towards Bang Kapi, where small vehicles were unable to pass.

The road-flooding monitoring update identified the following affected locations as of 8am:
1. Ram Inthra Road — 20cm or more: from Soi Ram Inthra 5 to Soi Ram Inthra 13/1.
2. Phahonyothin Road — 20cm or more: from Soi Phahonyothin 51 to Phalasin Road; near Prasert-Manukitch Road; and near Soi Phahonyothin 55.
3. Thep Rak Road — 20cm or more: from Phahonyothin Road to Soi Phahonyothin 50.
4. Watcharaphon Road — 20cm or more: near Soi Watcharaphon 3 and from Soi Watcharaphon 2/7 to Thep Rak Road.
5. Chaeng Watthana Road — 20cm or more: from Lak Si Square Soi 1 to the Lak Si Monument roundabout, and from Soi Chaeng Watthana 10 Yaek 1-1-6 to Kamphaeng Phet 6 Road.
6. Nawamin Road — 20cm or more: near Soi Nawamin 155; from Soi Nawamin 38 to Soi Nawamin 59 Yaek 1; and near Soi Nawamin 107.
7. Prasert-Manukitch Road — 20cm or more: near Nawamin Road.
8. Ramkhamhaeng Road — 20cm or more: from Soi Ramkhamhaeng 53 to Soi 55; from Soi 41/1 to Soi 43/1; from Soi 20 to Soi 13; from Soi 21 to Rama IX Road; and from Soi 35 to Soi 33.
9. Hua Mak Road — 20cm or more: near Soi Ramkhamhaeng 24.
10. Srinagarindra Road — 20cm or more: from Lam Sali intersection to Soi Srinagarindra 1, and from the service road along Bangkok–Chon Buri Road to the underpass at Phatthanakan intersection.
11. Sena Nikhom 1 Road — 20cm or more: from Soi Sena Nikhom 1 Soi 11 to Soi 22, and near Soi Sena Niwet 117/1.
12. Outbound Vibhavadi Rangsit Road — 20cm or more: at an affected section near Vibhavadi Rangsit Road.
13. Chang Akat Uthit Road — 20cm or more: from Soi Niwet Chao Fa to Soi Chang Akat Uthit 5.
14. Luang Phaeng Road — 20cm or more: from Soi Yukonrat to Pracha Phatthana Road.

Heavy rain keeps Bangkok travel risks elevated
The latest update follows several days of severe flooding across Bangkok. The Bangkok Metropolitan Administration has declared all 50 districts disaster-affected areas after persistent rain caused flooding, traffic disruption and difficulties for residents.
The Thai Meteorological Department’s September 27 forecast said rain would continue across the Central region, including Bangkok and surrounding provinces, and warned people to avoid routes prone to repeated flooding, particularly low-lying areas where water can accumulate.
The new list also represents a broader travel warning than the previous day, when a report identified 21 Bangkok routes to avoid and seven locations considered impassable for small vehicles.
