Mysterious sale of ‘dinos’ sparks intrigue on Facebook
The 11 life-sized dinosaurs that were put up for sale online on Saturday were snapped up for 5.5 million baht by Monday, or so declared the firm Wongpanit Aomyai, which deals in scrap.
The dinos, which are apparently very realistic and can move as well as make sounds, were being stored in Samut Sakhon’s Mahachai district before being bought up. The company has not released any details of the buyer.
The Facebook post caught plenty of attention, with many people asking what the dinos will be fed, while others lamented they couldn’t “raise dinos because their condominium will not allow it”.
