Pol Captain Chalerm Yoobamrung, the deputy prime minister, claims that saying, "Please remember her face. If you see her anywhere, give her what she deserves," is not intimidation.
I should like to know exactly what he understands by intimidation. Perhaps in the Police Academy he missed the class on threatening behaviour and language, but in the real world this is threatening language by anyone's standards.
