Flawless faces, smoky eyes and rich, red lips influence the look for Fall and Winter 2011, according to French cosmetics brands, Laura Mercier and Lancome, who recently introduced their sophisticated femininity and Paris inspired lines.
At the recent Laura Mercier Foundation Wardrobe workshop at Siam Kempenski Hotel, the brand’s international makeup artist Benjamin Ruiz, said all the celebrities he has worked with have exactly the same concerns about their skin as all women and rely on good makeup to deliver a flawless look. “If the skin is not perfect, the rest of the overall look just doesn’t seem right,” he noted.
Veteran French makeup artist, Laura Mercier herself initiated the foundation wardrobe on the basis that if women wear different outfits for different occasions, then it follows that they also need a variety of foundations. Indeed, the collection embraces five different types of foundations – Cr
