This is a hazard for pedestrians who already have to cope with street vendors and the ever-present danger of injury caused by falls or collision with street furniture, and especially for those of us less nimble and agile.
Could I humbly ask the law enforcement officers to take some time off from their arduous pursuit of wrongdoers – a task undoubtedly made more difficult due to the fact that so many of the surveillance cameras installed in Bangkok are dummies – and attend to this matter?
