Fuel policy report was nonsensical

The energy policy administration committee wants to end the sale of 91-octane regular benzene in one year. It will create a hardship for those who don’t have modern flex-fuel autos; it will eliminate a source of taxes which can be raised to push more people toward gasohol, and it will destroy the motorcycle industry.
