No double standards when solving deaths

I like Deputy PM Chalerm's approach to investigating the 13 deaths during the 2010 political unrest.

He says, “Those behind the killings will go on trial”, and vows to take those responsible to court if there was any evidence implicating them. He says that even though the emergency decree authorised the government to deal with the situation, it did not give it the right to break the law. Be transparent, without delay, and without fear or favour. Right on, sir!
Now, sir, use that approach to go a long way towards reconciling the South and the rest of the country, by going after the killers at the Krue Se Mosque (32 bodies) and Tak Bai (82 bodies), and during Thaksin’s anti-drugs war (allegedly 2,500 victims). No double standards please, as the reds are rightfully fond of saying.
