Better shape than ever

Triumph's new 'shapewear' collection follows the alphabet to more fetching figures

What shape are you in, ladies – Y, O, S, I or A? Thos letters can help you choose the right shape in clothing.
Triumph International (Thailand) unveiled its new “shapewear” collection Shape Sensation at a recent event called “Get Shape Get Gorgeous” at the S31 Hotel.
Marketing chief Chonladee Liamtrakul pointed out that good innerwear boosts the confidence. Innovative

Shape Sensation – with its practical fabrics that sculpt the body – enhances the figure in four different ways.
“It enhances your bust, defines your waist, smoothes your tummy and shapes your hips and thigh,” she said, and it all looks natural. You’ll have the confidence to flaunt your curves.
Y-shape clothing is wide on top and narrow on the bottom to suit an athletic build – strong upper body and slightly broader shoulders but less definition between the waist and the hips.
The recommended shapewear are the Medium-control Shirt and Long Corset to reduce extra flab and smooth the tummy.
O shape means wider in the middle, with little variation between shoulder, waist and hip. O-shaped bodies benefit from enhancement or reduction in the right places. The Long Corset and Long-leg Panty tone and trim the sides, tummy, hips and thighs.
The S shape is perfectly curvy, with a small, well-defined waist and rounded buttocks forming an S-curve. The Short Corset and High-waist Panty best suit the bust line, trim the sides and sculpt the buttocks.
An I shape is the straight up and down silhouette, the so-called “tomboy” build with few curves. The Corset and High-waist Panty accentuate contours, enhance the shoulders and bust, trim the sides, sculpt the tummy and add definition to the waist.
The A shape is narrow on top and wide on the bottom, so prominent hips and upper legs, narrow bust line and slightly narrower shoulders. The High-waist Panty and Long-leg Panty add definition to the waist and tone the tummy, hips and thighs.
Triumph’s shape experts were on hand to advise customers and socialites Supee Pongpanich, Holly Amranand, Ploy Chariyaves, Sirinuj Rojanasatien and Jarospan Svasti Wat Na Ayudhaya underwent makeovers.
Then they donned their chosen Shape Sensation pieces, topped with Vatitti daywear and eveningwear, and posed for portraits by fashion photographer Amat Nimitpark.
